It's down to business when construction begins, Geoff, Nick & Ryan busy working on today's projects, one upgrade and two new Rigs

This Rig is built with a Aluminum case running a ASUS A7V8X Mother Board, 2.6Ghz AMD CPU, 1.5 GIG DDR Ram. Built for A\V & Gaming, installed is a ATI 8500 All In Wonder Video Card. She is capable of recording raw sound and video and when your not to busy the video card has a built in TV Tuner and this Rig is equipped with a DVD player, so you can watch TV or DVD Movie's!

Almost done and going to a good home! The case being made from pure Aluminum makes it light and easy to carry around. This Rig was custom built for the newest TechBattle member! It's a secret

This Rig is built with a AMD 64Bit CPU 2 GIGs of DDR2, SATA 10000 RPM 100GIG Boot Disk and Twin intake & Exhaust Fans. She should down right fly!

Look! its the ATI 1900XTX GPU, the fastest gaming card on the planet! How did that get there?

Taken from a Email on the specs of the first LAN Game system built for the TechBattle Champion of 2000:

Rylan;

If you can write a small story about the first LAN Game
Computer I built for you. I think that would be cool. I don't remember
the specs but maybe you do?
The specs of the system you first built for me were:
Back in the summer of '99.......
AMD K6-2 350MHz (it was blazing)
64 MB Ram (more than I'd ever need)
2 MB Video (you later upgraded this to a Savage3 16MB - wow, tons of video ram!)
2.5GB Hard Drive (Good 'ol Mode 4 Fujitsu drive) 8x CD-Rom (so much faster than the 1x I used on the previous computer!!)
Sound Blaster 32 (It was PCI!!!!! No more ISA crap for me!!!)Oh, and a whopping 15" Amptron monitor! (I actually still have this monitor, it's on our family computer now)It was a sweet system, I played many a great LAN game with it. At the time, it was the fastest system in the group other than your own. And, it was a huge upgrade from the P1-100MHz machine I was using before it.
