This Monster was just a little hard to install, Clue to all, read all directions first! The thing to remember is to make sure you install the right spacers for your CPU configuration. Trying to remove the Mylar gasket after installing the wrong one is very hard to do.
She uses a ultra cool 12cm high flow silent fan moving ~93CFM of air! Dont forget the Heat Sink compond, Arctic Silver 5 is what we recomend, and if this is a new construction job install your power supply first, or you will find yourself removing you Mother Board to get it in.
The Monster Finally Mounted on the CPU! Notice his power supply is not installed yet.
OK so it wasn't finally mounted and I believe Ryan had to pull the MB several times before this project was complete. Nothing like bringing out the big tools when all else fails! Another tip, never put your mother board directly on a metal service, she carries a small supply of voltage in her Caps as well as her CMOS battery backup, it can be enough voltage to short your Mother Board out. Ryan was lucky and that did not happen to his MB, but it did happen to one of mine awhile ago.
